SHIPPING POLICIES
STANDARD US SHIPPING
– Orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks and tracking information will be sent to the e-mail address provided during checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
– CUSTOMS: All duties, taxes & fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, I am not able to estimate these charges.

– International shipping times vary. Please allow sufficient time for your order to be delivered once shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Sale and custom/personalized items are final sale and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items.
We appreciate every single F&C customer and want you to be 100% satisfied with your order! If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly process a return or exchange. The item(s) must be in original, unused condition. Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receipt of the return, minus the cost of shipping. Returns must be made within 5 days from the delivery date on the tracking information.
If your item arrives damaged, please also include pictures of the damaged item and the shipping materials. A replacement will be shipped within 2 business days, at no charge to you. If the item is no longer in stock, you will be able to exchange for a different product of the same value or we can process a refund.
