When will I receive my order?
Your order will ship within 5-7 business days of placing your order. Rush and expedited shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
Can I return or exchange an item I received?
We appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfied with your order! If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly process a return or exchange unless the item is personalized. The item(s) must be in original, unused condition. Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receipt of the return. Returns must be made within 5 days from the delivery date on the tracking information. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Sale and custom/personalized items are final sale and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items. If you have any issues with your personalized order, please e-mail us and we will do our best to find a resolution.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please e-mail us within 3 business days and include pictures of the damaged item along with the shipping materials.
