When will I receive my order?

Your order will ship within 3-5 business days of placing your order. Shipping usually takes 3-4 days, depending on the method chosen during checkout. You can read more about our shipping policies here

Can I return or exchange an item I received?

We appreciate every single F&C customer and want you to be 100% satisfied with your order! If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly process a return or exchange. The item(s) must be in original, unused condition. Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receipt of the return. Returns must be made within 5 days from the delivery date on the tracking information. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Sale and custom/personalized items are final sale and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please e-mail us within 2 business days and include pictures of the damaged item and the shipping materials. A replacement will be shipped within 2 business days, at no charge to you. If the item is no longer in stock, you will be able to exchange for a different product of the same value or we can process a refund.
